Viewing Data Usage in Controller
Accessing the Mason Connectivity dashboard is simple:
- Login to the Mason Controller: Visit the Mason Controller login page and enter your credentials to access your account.
- Navigate to the SIM Tab: Once logged in, you'll see tabs or navigation options at the top of the page. Select the "SIM" tab to access the Mason Connectivity dashboard.
- View Your Fleet of Global SIMs: Within the SIM dashboard, you'll be able to view and manage your fleet of Global SIMs. This dashboard provides insights into data usage, connectivity status, and other relevant information for each SIM card.

Troubleshooting SIM Connectivity

Enable/Disable Airplane Mode:
- If applicable, toggle Airplane Mode on and off. This action can sometimes reset the device's connectivity settings and resolve issues.

Disable/Enable the SIM using the Mason Controller:
- Access the Mason Controller dashboard.

- Use the "Green" toggle switch to disable the SIM. When disabled, the button will be grayed out.
- After a moment, re-enable the SIM by toggling the switch back to the "Green" position.
