Your device may not be connected to the internet. Here are some steps you can take to solve this problem
- Check the WiFi or cellular network connnections on the device
- Check the device's
ONLINE/OFFLINE status
in the Mason Controller device info page. If Controller is reporting your device asOFFLINE
, X-Ray will not work - Locate and try turning WiFi or cellular off and on again
- Locate and reboot the device
