What does the device connection status indicate?

The device connection status represents the current status of the connection between Controller and the device.

• Online: The device is successfully communicating with Controller
• Offline: The device is unable to communicate with Controller. Offline status can be caused by: 
  • No connectivity (Wi-Fi or cellular)
  • Airplane mode on
  • Device powered off
  • MQTT connection on port 443 being blocked by a firewall
